Subject to agreement, documentation and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, the investment or financing transaction is completed.
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute an investment, an offer or a commitment by either party. No capital is accepted until due diligence is complete and formal documentation has been agreed and signed.

Capital structures
Different opportunities may use different structures. Not every structure is available for every opportunity; the structure for each transaction is agreed individually and documented formally.
Growth capital
Capital provided to support the expansion of an operating business.
Project financing
Capital allocated to a clearly defined project with a specific use of funds and timeline.
Revenue-share structures
Where appropriate and legally permissible, an investor may participate in an agreed share of project or business revenue until a defined return or repayment threshold is reached.
Asset-backed financing
Certain opportunities may be supported by productive assets, subject to the specific transaction and legal documentation.
