Sale of the entire business
The buyer acquires all the shares in the company that owns the business — taking over the company together with its assets, contracts and liabilities.
C700K Ventures
C700K develops businesses and commercial opportunities with a long-term perspective. From early-stage concepts to operating ventures, we build the foundations, develop the potential and selectively offer opportunities for acquisition when the time is right.
Our model
C700K is a business builder, not a broker. Every venture on this page was created or developed by C700K or one of its subsidiaries. Not every business is for sale at all times — some will remain within the group.
We find markets and ideas with real potential.
We create the business, brand and commercial foundations.
We develop products, systems, channels and teams.
Some businesses stay in the group. Some are offered, selectively, to the right buyer.
What may be available
Availability changes over time. A venture shown as 'Not currently available' is part of the group and is not being offered.

How a sale can be structured
Each venture states how it could be acquired. The final structure is always set by formal agreement, after due diligence.
The buyer acquires all the shares in the company that owns the business — taking over the company together with its assets, contracts and liabilities.
The buyer acquires part of the shares or ownership interest in the company and becomes a co-owner alongside C700K or other shareholders.
The buyer acquires specific, listed assets — for example equipment, stock, a website or customer contracts — but not the company itself or its liabilities.
Ownership of a brand, trademark applications, designs, content or other intellectual property is transferred, without necessarily transferring a trading business.
